Prepare whitegoods according to the manufacturer's moving and cleaning instructions. Confirm when to defrost and disconnect each appliance, allow it to dry, and ask the removalist how it must be secured for transport.

Zero hour: moving day
On moving day, keep access clear and check that the agreed areas are ready for the removalists.
